- A photo of the equipment rack, the room or the screen if you have one
- Any date you are working towards, and a rough budget if you have one
What happens next
We read your message and reply with questions or an initial view. If it looks like a fit, we arrange a call or a site visit, and after that you get the scope and the price in writing before anything is ordered. If it is not a fit, we will say so and point you somewhere better where we can.
If something is already down and a service or a deadline is at risk, say so in the subject line and we will treat it accordingly.
